Just one week after becoming Industry Racing’s first two-time winner of 2018, Dillon Ruml ran through the card unbeaten to win for a third time this season.

Aaron Fox made the best start in the main but Ruml took the lead as they exited turn two. Fox didn’t give up and the two raced side-by-side for two laps. Ruml held tight on the inside while Fox was using the outside dirt. Ruml surged ahead on the third lap and held Fox off to claim the victory. Jimmy “Little Animal” Fishback finished third, and Charlie “The Edge” Venegas was fourth.

Tim Gomez kicked off the evening with a victory over Bobby “Boogaloo” Schwartz. Venegas led the next heat before Ruml took the lead and the victory while Jason Ramirez also grabbed second. Fox passed Fishback to win the last heat of the first round.

Ruml opened the second round with a victory over Fox. Venegas was victorious over Michael Wells in the next heat. Fishback used the outside to pass Gomez and end round two with a win.

Ruml started round three with his third straight win. Fox beat Ramirez for his second win. Venegas closed out the heats with his second straight victory.

Ruml made it four wins from four races in the first semi while Fishback’s second place put him in the main event as well. Fox and Venegas finished one-two in the second semi and both moved on to the main.

Gomez raced away with the victory in the Scratch Consolation. Schwartz finished second, Ramirez was third, and Wells finished fourth.

Harold Hartke led the Second Division Main Event for a lap before Rudy Laurer slipped by for the lead. Laurer never looked back from there and raced away for the victory. Bruce Marteney finished second, Hartke was third, and Mike Miller was credited with fourth.

Dakota VandenBroeder made the trek from Northern California pay off as she won both of her heats and topped that off with a Third Division Main Event victory. Steve “Beach Ball” Brown was second, Dennis Osmer finished third, Kevin Fiore was fourth, David Newsham finished fifth, and Greg Willis was sixth.

Sebastian “Big Daddy” Palmese scored a dominant victory in the Junior 250 Main Event. Slater Lightcap finished second, “Gentleman” Jake Isaac was third, “Lightning” Luke Whitcomb finished fourth, and Andrew Russell was fifth.

Jose “Nitro” Navarette led the Mini 150 Main Event for two laps but had Travis Horn closing fast. Horn went to the outside as they entered turn three and took over the lead. Horn pulled away from there and took home the win. Navarette held on to second, Levi Leutz was third, Owen Williams finished fourth, Gordon Teuber III was fifth, and Justin Almon was credited with sixth.
